The Cordillera peoples mass movement led by the Cordillera Peoples Alliance (CPA) unveils the heroes and martyrs’ marker on April 23, 2017 in Bugnay, Tinglayan, Kalinga despite the blatant moves of the Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army (CPLA) to sabotage the installation.
