TUGUEGARAO CITY — Indigenous communities like Zinundungan Valley in Rizal town, Cagayan province that have long been neglected and militarized will benefit from the continuation of the peace talks between the Philippine Government (GPh) and National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP), according to a human rights defender in Cagayan Valley.
