Binawi mandatory drug test sa Cagayan State University

TUGUEGARAO CITY — Binawi ng administrasyon ng Cagayan State University ang ipinatupad na polisiyang kailangang magpasa ng drug test result ang mga estudyante para sila ay makapag-enrol. Dahil sa ipinatupad na polisiya, malaking bilang ng estudyante ang hindi pa naka-enrol sa kasalukuyan. Ang Mandatory Drug Test Policy ay umani ng batikos mula sa mga estudyante at magulang dahil sa kawalang impormasyon at konsultasyon sa bagong polisiya para sa enrolment.

The 2017 Free Tuition Fee Policy is being implemented this A.Y. 2017 – 2018 with an allocated fund of P8.3 billion, to be divided among the 114 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the country. The said policy prioritizes students enrolled in SUCs who can not pay for their tuition fee based on their socio-economic status. Benguet State University, Kalinga State University, and University of the Philippines Baguio are some of the SUCs in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) that made it to the list.
