Infra gets lion’s share in Ilocos 2019 budget

VIGAN CITY — The infrastructure sector was allotted with ₱71 billion which comprise 54.8 percent of the region’s ₱129 billion allocation for the 2019 proposed budget, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA-1) regional office bared last June. The Department of Public Works and Highways will implement the projects.

I had to clarify that actually, Bauko had electricity already back in the 1980’s. It was through the efforts and hard work of my brother in law, the late Cong. Victor S. Dominguez (who was an Assemblyman then), that accomplished this. In fact, Mountain Province had electricity ahead of the province of Benguet which was geographically closer to Baguio City.

Ifugao goes to court to stop parking building
