This is the temporary traffic measure to be implemented for All Saints Day on November 1 based on the advisory from the Traffic Management Bureau of the Baguio City Police Office.

All private vehicles, except trucks and buses, may pass through Naguilian Road. Motorists coming from the central business district (CBD) going to Baguio Cemetery must turn around 1st Road to San Carlos Heights before proceeding to the designated parking areas. Private vehicles intending to park at Quezon Hill Parking area should take the San Carlos Heights-Quezon Hill alternate route. Vehicles going back to CBD should exit through Dominican Road towards Queen of Peace Road or Rock Quarry Road.

Taxi cabs taking and delivering passengers to the cemetery should load and unload at the back of Station 1 (in front of the Recoletos Seminary) and exit through San Luis/San Roque Road right turn to Queen of Peace-Lourdes Road going back to CBD.

Public utility jeepneys (PUJ) using Naguilian Road going towards CBD should take Naguilian Road and exit through Queen of Peace or Queen of Apostles Road. Passengers coming from the CBD should be unloaded at the San Carlos Heights 1st Road.

PUJs taking Asin Road should take San Roque road to Dominican Road down to Queen of Peace of Queen of Apostles as exit. Passengers from the CBD should be unloaded at the back of Station 1 (in front of the Recolletos Seminary).

Dominican PUJ associations should take Queen of Peace or Queen of Apostles Road as exit. Passengers should be unloaded along the Nagulian/Dominican intersection (before the Welcome Arc).

Quezon Hill PUJ associations should use Quezon Hill 1st Raod to Ferguson or Quezon Hill 2nd Road to Naguilian Road to Dominican Road down to Queen of Peace or Queen of Apostles Road as exit. Passengers should be unloaded nine meters away from Naguilian Road and Quezon Hill junction.

PUJs taking Ferguson Road should use Roman Ayson (Sepic) Road or Sixto Gaerlan Road to Bokawkan Road as exit.

PUJs not affected by the temporary traffic re-routing should take their usual routes.

Motorists coming from Sablan, La Union going to CBD may take the Circumferential Road towards Asin Road.

Only water delivery, ambulance and police vehicles are allowed inside the cemetery from 5:00AM to 12:00 midnight of November 1.

Designated parking areas include pay parking inside Coyeesan Plaza, inside Shangrila Subdivision, Recoletos compound, whole stretch of Ponce St. along Quezon hill, Right side of San Carlos Hts 2nd Road going down, Quezon Hill 2nd Road going down.

No parking will be allowed inside the cemetery, Naguilian Road (from Bokawkan junction to San Roque Road), San Roque Road, San Luis, Dominican, Queen of Peace, Queen of Apostles and Sofia De Veyra St.

One way roads shall be strictly implemented from 5:00 AM of November 1 until the activity is over along Nagulian Road (from Bokawkan Road junction to Dominican Road), Dominican Road ( from Naguilian Road junction to Queen of Apostles Road), San Luis Road, San Roque Road, Sofia De Vera St., 1st Road Quezon Hill ( from Naguilian Road junction to Ponce St.), 2nd Road Quezon Hill (from Naguilian Raod junction to Sofia De Vera and Ponce St). #
